Private Wellness Day Retreat

Service Description

Perfect to celebrate a special occasion, our Private Day Retreats cater for private groups of up to 4 people. The Day Retreat is held at The Farmhouse, set on 10 acres of farmland in Gordon Victoria, just a 1hr drive from Melbourne. It offers a wonderful space to rest and relax, with scenic views, friendly farm animals, and facilities such as a magnesium salt swimming pool, infra-red sauna and yoga studio. Begin your day with a gentle yoga and meditation class, followed by a hands-on cooking session where we prepare delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan meals. Spend your afternoon unwinding in the serene countryside: relax in our infra-red sauna, read a book by the wood heater, take a plunge in the magnesium salt pool, and indulge in a Relaxation massage or Reiki session (or both) - 3 hours of treatment time is allocated to be divided between your group however you decide. Experience holistic wellness and nourishment in a tranquil setting that embodies our commitment to your well-being. Schedule: 9.00am: arrive, morning tea 10am-11am: gentle yoga and meditation class 11am-1pm: cooking class and lunch 1 - 5pm: free time / sauna / massages / reiki / afternoon tea This is a small group event with a maximum of 4 people. (Price includes yoga class, cooking class and lunch, use of facilities (lounge, pool, sauna) and 3 hours of relaxation massage or reiki treatments.)
