Coeliac Friendly


All meals are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian (with vegan options) and meticulously prepared by Naturopath Sylvia Manovski, ensuring tailored nutrition for each guest. Additional allergies and special dietary requirements can also be accommodated.

We provide safe, dedicated gluten-free dining with a specialised menu, knowledgeable staff, and thorough cross-contamination prevention measures. We use carefully selected ingredients and adhere to strict safety protocols in meal preparation. Understanding the needs of coeliacs, we maintain a dedicated gluten-free pantry. Many of our fruits, vegetables, and herbs are grown on-site.

Our offerings include food demonstrations and cooking classes, where guests can learn to prepare delicious, simple, and nourishing recipes to enjoy at home.
