Once we have received your form we will contact you to confirm your booking. Bookings must be paid for in advance and an invoice will be issued to you.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged the full fee.
Travel outside of the Bacchus Marsh - Ballarat - Daylesford areas may be charged an extra travel free.
