Chia berry pudding

So easy to make and perfect for breakfast, a snack or dessert. Chia seeds are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. They are loaded with fibre, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids and various

micronutrients.


Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp chia seeds

• 1 can coconut milk (400ml)

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp vanilla essence

• Berries of your choice,

• maple syrup to serve


Method:

Combine chia, coconut milk, vanilla and cinnamon, mixing well. Add frozen berries and leave in refrigerator overnight to set. Serve with maple syrup.
