Everyday Buckwheat Granola

1 ¼ cups raw buckwheat groats

1 ½ cups puffed quinoa

½ cup pumpkin seeds

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup chopped raw almonds

½ cup dessicated/shredded coconut

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp sugar

½ tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup maple syrup

1/3 cup dried cranberries


1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius.

2. Add all dry ingredients (except cranberries) into large bowl.

3. Pour over oil and maple syrup and mix well.

4. Spread evenly onto baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway to ensure even baking.

5. Once out of the oven sprinkle over cranberries and allow to cool before storing in an airtight container.
